Submitting complete information helps the closing team open the file and begin title and closing coordination promptly.
Core transaction information
- Property address, city, county, ZIP, and parcel ID
- Transaction type: purchase, sale, refinance, residential or commercial
- Expected closing date and any rush considerations
- Which party the firm is being asked to represent
Party and contact details
- Buyer and seller names exactly as they should appear on documents
- Client email and phone
- Listing and selling agent contact information
- Lender and loan officer contact information
